1.1 Definitions

3.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount at dk345 is ৳500. Currently available payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other major banks). The same minimum limit applies to each method.

3.2 Withdrawal Limits & Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Additional processing time may be required if identity verification is needed or in the case of unusual transactions.

3.3 Verification Process

Your account must be fully verified before you can request a withdrawal. dk345 may request a national ID card, passport or other documents as needed. The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method.

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If money laundering, fraud or any unlawful financial activity is suspected, dk345 reserves the right to suspend the transaction and notify the relevant authorities.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳34,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total of ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not counted. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own terms; full details are listed on the relevant promotion page.
• If bonus rules are violated, dk345 reserves the right to cancel the bonus or any associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be combined while one is active — unless the offer's terms specifically state otherwise.
• Bonuses must be used for genuine gaming purposes only; if bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.

5.1 Fair Play

dk345 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in every game to ensure fair play. The outcome of any game is neutral and independent — previous results do not influence future results.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using software bots, automated scripts or any type of cheating tool.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes.
• Claiming bonuses multiple times through multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• Attempting unauthorised access to dk345's systems.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to internet disconnection, server problems or other technical errors, dk345 will determine the final result of that game according to server records.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback

• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining clauses will continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

If dk345 does not exercise any right in a particular instance, this will not be considered a permanent waiver of that right.
